  • Leeds Grand Theatre, section: Stalls, row: N, seat: 18
    Calamity Jane
This is slightly further back than I would usually sit in this theatre, but still a really good view. There is a rise between this row and the one in front so you sit slightly higher and no one blocks the view. Quite good for a slightly cheaper price.
  • Criterion Theatre, section: Dress Circle, row: C, seat: 1
    Titanique
This seat, along with C2 next to it, are on their own with plenty of space in front for your legs and bags. They are sold as restricted view, but apart from the very back right hand side of the stage - you can see everything. I would pick these seats again
  • The Quarry Theatre at Leeds Playhouse, section: Quarry 4, row: N, seat: 52
    The Merchant Of Venice 1936
Even though this seat is off to the side you still get a really good view. There is nothing blocking the sight line so you can see the stage really well. Seats have OK leg room and are fairly comfortable
  • City Varieties Music Hall, section: Circle, row: C, seat: 8
Chloe Petts tour: How You See Me How You Don't
This is a good seat with a really central view. Fairly good leg room although the seats aren't that comfortable.
  • The Lyric Theatre at The Lowry, section: Stalls, row: H, seat: 28
    NINE in concert
Good seat - slightly off to one side but no issues with the view. There were excellent leg room and the seats were quite comfy.
  • The Courtyard Theatre at Leeds Playhouse, section: Courtyard 2, row: H, seat: 10
    Yippee Ki Yay
Good seat with an excellent view. The seats are fairly comfy with good leg room.

  • Theatre Royal Drury Lane, section: Stalls, row: N, seat: 10
    The Tempest
This seat is towards the end of the row and off to one side. However you do get a fairly good view of the stage with very little obstruction (unless you get someone tall in front of you). It is fairly comfy with reasonable leg room.
  • Leeds Grand Theatre, section: Stalls, row: L, seat: 18
    & Juliet
Row L at Leeds Grand is excellent. There is a slight rise just in front so it seats you above the row in front giving excellent views. It also has reasonable leg room. Always choose Row L!
  • Ambassadors Theatre, section: Circle, row: G, seat: 8
The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button
The view was brilliant - right in the middle and due to the rake of the seats nothing obstructed your view. However, there was very little legroom. My legs were right up against the seat in front making it very uncomfortable.
  • Alhambra Theatre, Bradford, section: Stalls, row: G, seat: 33
    The Book of Mormon
Slightly off to one side - but a really good view. OK leg room and fairly comfy seat.
  • Southwark Playhouse Elephant, section: Balcony, row: G, seat: 22
    Fly More Than You Fall
This seat has a good central view. You have to lean forward slightly if the actors are right at the front of the stage, but this didn't happy very often. Overall quite good. Sorry for the dark photo! This was due to the lighting.
  • Manchester Opera House, section: Circle, row: G, seat: 16
    Burlesque the Musical
Really comfortable seat with lots of leg room and a really clear view of the stage. It is slightly off to the side, but you get a fabulous view of everything on the stage.

  • The Quarry Theatre at Leeds Playhouse, section: Quarry 2, row: H, seat: 49
    Maisie Adam tour: Appraisal
Good seat with a nice clear view of the stage. This is one of just two seats together (the one next to it is on an aisle) so it means you don't have to get up and down to let people past! The legroom is limited - the row in front has better space.
  • The Quarry Theatre at Leeds Playhouse, section: Quarry 2, row: L, seat: 49
    Kate Adie (LIFI24)
This seat is off to the side with a good clear view of the stage. For this event, it didn't matter that you had a side view - you could see everything really clearly
  • Hope Mill Theatre, section: Stalls, row: E, seat: 1
    Gwyneth Goes Skiing
There isn't really a bad view in this theatre - fantastic view of the stage from most seats. This seat is on the aisle so you can stretch your legs . The seats are a rather uncomfy though!
  • The Other Palace, section: Stalls, row: B, seat: 10
    Cake: The Marie Antoinette Playlist
This seat is fairly central and really close to the stage - almost too close! It is fairly comfy with reasonable legroom.
  • Fortune Theatre, section: Upper Circle, row: A, seat: 7
    Operation Mincemeat
This seat is sold as restricted view due to the railing in front, however you just have to lean forward slightly and it isn't in your eyeline at all. You then get a great view of the stage. The seat isn't particularly comfy and the leg room is OK.
  • Trafalgar Theatre, section: Stalls, row: H, seat: 15
    The 39 Steps
Really good seat, right in the middle of the row with a really good view. The seat was surprisingly comfy - it appeared to be fairly recently refurbished. Also had reasonable leg room too.
  • Menier Chocolate Factory, section: Stalls, row: C, seat: 15
    The Baker's Wife
This was my first visit to this amazing theatre. To be honest I don't think there is a bad seat as it is all so close. This seat was really comfy with plenty of leg room and so close to the performance area in the middle of the seats.
  • Garrick Theatre, section: Stalls, row: K, seat: 8
    Why Am I So Single?
Great view and fabulous sound. Legroom is OK and the seats are fairly comfy.
