  • Longacre Theatre, section: Mezzanine C, row: B, seat: 112
    Lempicka
Incredible seat! Great sightlines and sound. No obstruction. 3 seats in from the aisle. 5 stars.
  • Metropolitan Opera House - Lincoln Center, section: Family Circle L, row: A, seat: 1
    Romeo and Juliet
Top level of the Opera House. View is partially obstructed by a red stairway railing. If you have to sit in this row, go for seats A3 or A5 instead which are not obstructed. Definitely rent opera glasses/binoculars to improve the view.
  • Metropolitan Opera House - Lincoln Center, section: Grand Tier R, row: C, seat: 32
    Like Water For Chocolate
Aisle seat in the third row from the front. Sound is fine, but rent opera glasses/binoculars from the coat check on the lower level to get a better view. Comfortable seat.
  • Laura Pels Theatre, section: Orchestra R, row: M, seat: 2
    Joy: A New True Musical
Very good aisle seat with excellent leg room. Tall people would rejoice. There's no seat directly in front, so there are no heads in the way. It's amazing. For closer seats, go for Row H on the right or left side: H1/H3 and H2/H4 stand alone in each row.
  • Metropolitan Opera House - Lincoln Center, section: Orchestra C, row: CC, seat: 118
Swan Lake , Gillian Murphy's Final ABT Performance
Good seat on the aisle with no obstruction. 3 rows from the back. I recommend renting opera glasses for $5 at the coat check room on the Concourse level to zoom in on details & faces. Orchestra sound is compromised a little.
  • Metropolitan Opera House - Lincoln Center, section: Dress Circle L, row: D, seat: 21
    Swan Lake
Very good seat. Excellent sound and clear view with no obstruction. (This photo was taken before the Swarovski chandeliers ascended.) I recommend renting opera glasses for $5 at the coat check room on the Concourse level to zoom in on the details & faces.

  • Morse Recital Hall, row: 4
    Brian Jennings
Intimate space. Great acoustics. This concert featured a violist and pianist. Juilliard School
  • Mainstage at the New York City Center, section: Grand Tier C, row: B, seat: 122
    Wonderful Town
Great seat! Sound and sightlines are perfect. Second row of the Grand Tier and 3 seats in from the right aisle. Closer to the stage than you would imagine. Much better view than most orchestra seats. Beautiful theater.
  • Irish Arts Center, section: Main Floor, row: J, seat: 7
    The United States vs Ulysses
Decent seat. Easy to see over heads in next row. Sound is okay; I'd prefer to be a little closer for this play.
  • Theatre One at Theatre Row, section: Orchestra, row: E, seat: 5
    Mystic Conversations
Good seat in a fairly small theater (88 seats total). 5th row from the stage but not too close. Perfect view and good sound.
  • The Irene Diamond Stage at The Pershing Square Signature Center, section: Orchestra, row: C, seat: 107
    Lunar Eclipse
Excellent Seat. Third row from the stage but not too close for this theater. Intimate. Great sightlines and no heads blocking the view thanks to the rake of the seating. Well designed space.
  • Todd Haimes Theatre, section: Orchestra R, row: M, seat: 8
    Pirates! The Penzance Musical
Good seat. 4 seats off of the aisle. Clear view of the stage and good sound. Could see over heads in Row L without a problem. TDF purchase.

  • Metropolitan Opera House - Lincoln Center, section: Orchestra R, row: J, seat: 34
    Il Barbiere di Siviglia
The overhang is not as bad as it appears in this photo. Nothing is obstructed, but the far stage left side is not visible. J34 is on the aisle, so it's easy to come and go. Captions/translations are displayed on individual screens on the seat back.
  • Vivian Beaumont Theater, section: Orchestra L, row: H, seat: 108
    Floyd Collins
Very good seat with excellent sightlines. Jeremy Jordan is stuck in a cave on the edge of Stage Right for most of the show which is right next to this section. TDF purchase.
  • Mainstage at the New York City Center, section: Grand Tier L, row: A, seat: 9
    CARMEN.maquia - Ballet Hispánico
Great seat! Row A is the first row in the Grand Tier and provides a better view than most of the Orchestra seats. Try it once. You won't regret it. :). It's a gorgeous theater.
  • Mainstage at the New York City Center, section: Mezzanine L, row: A, seat: 23
    My Son's a Queer
Good seat which is raked behind Row E of the Grand Tier, so it's easy to see over heads. Some of far stage right is out of view. Lots of leg room. I love this theater.
  • Metropolitan Opera House - Lincoln Center, section: Parterre Box 3, row: 2, seat: 5
    Giselle
This is the lefthand seat in the 2nd row of Parterre Box 3. Far Stage Right portions are not visible, but the dancers and the orchestra are crystal clear. I enjoy watching the Principal Violist play the beautiful solo by Adam during the Act II pas de deux.
  • Metropolitan Opera House - Lincoln Center, section: Orchestra L, row: E, seat: 7
    The Winter's Tale
Great seat! Perfect view of dancers and faces. It's not too close. Very good audio from orchestra pit. 4 seats in from the aisle.
  • Broadhurst Theatre, section: Mezzanine L, row: B, seat: 21
    Boop! The Musical
Great seat! Unobstructed view. Clear facial expressions. Sound from cast and orchestra was wonderful. TDF purchase.
  • Studio 54, section: Orchestra L, row: H, seat: 1
    Call Me Izzy
Very good aisle seat. No obstruction. No one was sitting in front of me. TDF purchase.
